As an organization of predominantly African American women, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is uniquely positioned to impact not only the well-being of its membership, but also the well-being of families and communities at large.
The three-pronged approach to Wellness includes:
- physical wellness - ability to get through our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress.
- balanced diet -eating foods from all food groups in the right quantity
- mental wellness - ability to understand ourselves and cope with the challenges life can bring
